About the Conference
The 7th International Symposium on Biosystems and Biodesign Engineering 2015: Microbial Cell Signaling and Cell Factories (ISBBE 2015) will be held during Nov 1-3, 2015 in East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), Shanghai, China.
ISBBE is a bi-annual conference organized by the State Key Laboratory of Bioreactor Engineering (SKLBE) since 2003: The 1st International Symposium on Bioprocess and Biomolecular Engineering in 2003 (ISBBE 2003); The 2nd International Symposium on Biocatlysis and Bioprocess Engineering in 2005 (ISBBE 2005); The 3rd International Symposium on Bioenergy and Bioprocess Engineering in 2007 (ISBBE 2007); The 4th International Symposium on Bioprocess and Biosystems Engineering 2009 (ISBBE 2009); The 5th International Symposium on Bioprocess and Bioproduct Engineering and Exhibition 2011 (ISBBE 2011); The 6th International Symposium on Biocatalysis and Biosynthetic Engineering 2013 (ISBBE 2013).
The on-coming ISBBE2015 conference entitled 'International Symposium on Biosystems and Biodesign Engineering 2015: Microbial Cell Signaling and Cell Factories' is the 7th event of the regular international symposium series. We welcome the excellent scientists and young researchers from the all molecular microbiology, biotechnology and bioengineering communities to ISBBE 2015 for the unlimited discussion on the cutting-edge progresses and achievements of Biosystems and Biodesign Engineering.
Theme and Topics
This international congress themed, “Biosystems and Biodesign Engineering: Microbial Cell Signaling and Cell Factories”, focuses on three major topics:
1. Illumination of microbial signaling and communicating networks;
2. Reconstruction of microbial regulatory and metabolic circuits;
3. Advanced products and its manufacture in microbial cell factories.
