“创业型大学-国际视野与最佳实践”——2015年科教发展战略国际研讨会

随着知识经济的迅猛发展，高校在国家创新系统中正在发挥越来越重要的作用，创业型大学成为高校主动参与创新实践的重大战略选择。为了分享交流创业型大学的理论前沿与成功实践，推动高等教育质量的提升，中国工程院和浙江大学联合主办、浙江大学发展战略研究院承办的“创业型大学-国际视野与最佳实践”暨2015年科教发展战略国际研讨会将于11月21日至22日在中国杭州举行。本次会议将邀请中国工程院、教育部、联合国教科文组织、世界著名高校以及国内外相关领域专家学者与会并发表演讲，所有收录的参会论文制作成论文集，并推荐优秀论文在《高等工程教育研究》、《科教发展评论》等期刊上发表。欢迎国内外学者及业界人士踊跃撰稿并参会。

二、论文选题

本次国际研讨会以“创业型大学-国际视野与最佳实践”为主题，论文选题方向包括但不限于以下内容：

1．创业型大学的理论内涵与发展

2．国内外创业型大学的建设实践

3．创业型大学与区域创新发展

4．创业型大学与产业创新发展

5．创业型大学的建设模式与路径

三、征文要求

1.观点明确、逻辑合理、论述清晰，正文部分原则上不超过8000字；

2.论文语言中英文均可，英文论文正式录用后由会议组委会负责翻译成中文；

3.中文论文格式参照《高等工程教育研究》期刊论文，英文论文格式参照《Research Policy》期刊论文；

4.论文摘要（包括通讯作者联系信息）请于7月30日前电子投稿至rids@zju.edu.cn，邮件标题请注明“会议论文摘要+姓名+单位”；

5.论文全文提交截止时间为10月15日，全文将通过会议网站投稿，请关注http://www.rids.zju.edu.cn网站通知；

6.会议时间和地点：11月21日-22日，中国杭州。

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, university is playing a more and more important role in the national innovation system. Entrepreneurial university has become the major strategic choice for universities to actively involve in innovation practice. 2015 International Symposium on Science, Technology & Education Policy will be held on 21-22 November in Hangzhou to discuss on the theory system and typical cases of entrepreneurial university, and promote the progress of higher education.

Many well-known scholars from UNESCO, Chinese Ministry of Education, Chinese Academy of Engineering, universities and other related fields have been invited to participate in this symposium..

All the conference papers will be edited for consideration for publishing, and excellent papers will be recommended to publish in Research in Higher Education of Engineering and Science (CSSCI), Technology and Education Development Review.

2. Paper Themes

The topic of the symposium is “Entrepreneurial University: Global Perspectives and Best Practice”. Scholars and participants are invited to submit papers on, but not limited to, the following themes: 

  • The theoretical connotation and development of Entrepreneurial University

  • Case study on Entrepreneurial University

  • Entrepreneurial University and regional innovation development 

  • Entrepreneurial University and industry innovation development 

  • The construction mode and route of Entrepreneurial University

Other relevant topics and panel suggestions are also welcome.  

3. Submission Guidelines

·       The view shall be clear and logic should be reasonable. The main text shall be not more than 8000 words in principle.

·       The language of the papers could be either English or Chinese. The organizing committee will translate English ones accepted into Chinese once.

·       Chinese paper format shall refer to Research in Higher Education of Engineering, while English paper format shall refer to Research Policy. 

·       Please email the abstract (including the contact information of the corresponding author) to rids@zju.edu.cn by July 30, the email title shall be specified as “abstract + name + institution”.

·       Please submit the full paper on the conference web by October 15 and the symposium details would be shown on http://www.rids.zju.edu.cn.
