Invitation to "Peking University and University of Toronto Joint Symposium on Systems Biology"

"Peking University and University of Toronto Joint Symposium on Systems Biology" (http://cqb.pku.edu.cn/2012meeting/) will be held from Oct 19th to 21th, 2012 at the Center for Quantitative Biology (CQB), Peking University(PKU), Beijing, China.

This is the annual conference on systems biology jointly held by PKU Center for Quantitative Biology (CQB), PKU Institute of Systems Biomedicine (ISB, PKU), and the Department of Molecular Genetics (MoGen) at University of Toronto. Systems Biology holds the promise to revolutionize biology through intergration,integration of biological parts, pieces, and data; of theorey, computation, and experiments; and of various disciplines. More than 10 years has passed since the founding of the first Systems. This meeting aims to explore mutual interests and to develop future collaborations.

Graduate students and postdocs from your laboratory are encouraged to attend this symposium. There will be a poster session during the meeting.For more information and registration, please refer to our meeting website.The deadline for registration is Oct 15th.

Pls do ask your students register as soon as possible if plan to attend. All pariticpants are welcome to submit a 1page abstract for review by program committee before the 15th of Oct, and feedback from review panel will be sent after 15th of June. Poster presentations at the symposium should be 90cm*120cm (width*height).

We cordially invite you to participate in this joint event. There is no registration fee for people to attend the meeting. But participants need to take care of their own travel and lodging, including your students/postdocs.
