The subject of critical behavior in lattice models has been an exciting and fruitful field of research since the very start of statistical physics. The 2nd International Workshop on Critical Behavior in Lattice Models (CBLM 2018), a successor of CBLM 2013 held by the Beijing Normal University, will be held at Anqing Normal University (AQNU) on April 4 to 9 2018.
We look forward to welcoming our friends and colleagues from around the world.
This workshop will bring together many active researchers in statistical physics from the world, including several key scientists, to review remarkable highlights, present and discuss recent important developments and breakthroughs, and reflect on the challenges to be overcome in the future.
The conference topics include, but are not limited to:
-
● Phase transitions and critical phenomena
● Renormalization group theory
● Novel simulation techniques
● Exact results for lattice models
