We would like to officially invite you to 2010 Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS 2010), which will be held in the splendid setting of Chengdu, China, in Dec. 06-08, 2010 (see our updated CFP in plain text below).
All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in special issues of well-known international journals (SCI/EI indexed).
