第一届ICCSIT 2008、第二届ICCSIT 2009和第三届ICCSIT 2010曾分别在新加坡，北京和成都成功召开，历届会议都吸引了来自全世界各地的专家和学者。基于前三届的成功，2011年第四届计算机科学与信息技术国际会议（IEEE ICCSIT 2011）将于2011年6月10日至12日在成都，中国召开。此次会议由IEEE北京分会主办，得到了IEEE成都分会、四川电子协会、中国电子协会、北京大学、四川大学、西南交通大学、电子科技大学和东北大学的鼎力支持。会议主要是为了给全世界各个行业的科学家、学者、工程师和学生展示他们正在进行的研究活动提供展示平台，同时加强高校和产业的结合。在此特别欢迎计算机网络、信息系统、人工智能、计算智能、计算机工程和计算机模拟等相关稿件投稿。
ICCSIT 2011会议论文集将由IEEE出版，收录在IEEE Xplore, 并被Ei Compendex全文检索
